A violent Venezuelan gang is setting up operations in New York City, using migrant shelters to build a criminal network involved in theft and drugs. They're expanding to other cities, including Chicago. Tyrone Muhammad, a reformed gang member who spent 20 years in prison for murder, now works with the group Ex-Cons for Community and Social Change. He fears a turf war between the gang, known as Tren de Aragua and local South Side gangs in Chicago. Muhammad joins NewsNation's "Dan Abrams Live" to discuss the issue.
